This season, we are offering two options for you to participate.

Become a Hottie: Tryouts are open, and we’re looking for confident, committed women who love to dance, perform, and bring energy to every room.

Become a Flame: Wanna be a part of our team, but not ready to fully commit to dancing? Become a Flame! Flames are full non-dancing members of our team. Flames participate in socials, philanthropy events, and fundraisers, and walk with us on the route for every parade we attend.

NOLA Heat is more than a team—it’s a sisterhood built on passion, discipline, and unforgettable Mardi Gras memories.
